Birds of Malay Peninsula is now available online

Volumes 1-4 of the “Birds of Malay Peninsula” by Robinson & Chasen is
now available online here.

Although written 80 years ago, these volumes remain an important reference for ornithologists working in Southeast Asia and a baseline for most authors who wrote field guides and bird books in this region. The Raffles Museum has digitised these four volumes to allow everyone interested in Southeast Asian ornithology an easy access. These volumes has been digitised by Wang Luan Keng.

The project to digitise the book and to put it online was made possible by Lady Yuen-Peng McNeice who partially funded this project and the Science Library, National University of
Singapore, for loan of the four volumes of books.
